All payments are processed via Paypal, the most secure online payment processor online. You can either pay directly through your Paypal account, or with credit/debit card.

How are you protected as a customer?

Paying with Paypal allows you to disputes transactions if you have not received what you initially purchased. Paypal is well known for being a secure payment processor. If you choose to pay with credit/debit card, then you will be automatically protected by your bank, with the ability to file a chargeback.

How do we differentiate repeat customers?

If you have previously made a purchase, you will not be required to verify your order via phone when placing an order.

Verification for each order placed

Every Paypal payment will be verified through a phone call. We will call the phone number you have on file with Paypal within 24 hours of receiving payment, to confirm that you placed the order.

We will attempt a maximum of 2 phone calls, and if neither are answered, your order will be cancelled, and payment refunded.

In conjunction with this, you will need to have a verified address on your Paypal account. As with the phone verification, if you have an unverified address, your order
will be cancelled, and payment refunded.

These steps have been put in place to reduce the chance of fraudulent transactions. Not only does this protect us from unauthorised payments, but allows us to offer lower prices, as we loose less money through reversed transactions.
